Director of Catering, Carrie Key, did an outstanding job as did all those involved in putting together the meeting and providing the amazing decor. Alan Waxler Group , RSVP Party Rentals & Chameleon Chairs were a big part of making the Grand Highlands Ballroom tables so elegant.
Delicious libations in the form of chocolate martinis and an amazing Espresso bar from Espresso Amore offered freshly made and custom ordered cappucinos, lattes, iced lattes and more in fine italian serve ware and martini glasses. Guests enjoyed a delicious array of appetizers from Italian Meatballs to Clams in a Spicy Broth served tapas style at the tables. A great idea to make it easier to enjoy the food and promote conversation.
Andy Ebon made a great presentation on "Marketing & Selling to the 21st Century Bride" that everyone enjoyed. The only problem was, there was not enough time to enjoy more of Andy all the great advice he has to offer. A sinful display of truffles and sweets provided by Albert Uster Imports was the perfect compliment to the Espresso Bar & a sweet ending to a great meeting.
